Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience
• Interpersonal skills, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
• Technical awareness, service awareness, and understanding of support tools
• Professional IT Certifications, such as Network+, Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE
• AA/AS or BA/BS, in computer science or a related field
