The French Payroll Specialist is responsible for the entire payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with French legislation and statutory requirements. The role involves managing payroll activities, reconciling reports, and maintaining payroll information. The ideal candidate is strongly oriented to high-quality data and results, with excellent communication skills.
Manage all payroll activities, ensure payrolls comply with French legislation, reconcile pre-processing reports, research discrepancies, validate payroll outputs, maintain payroll information, analyze payroll-related information, prepare monthly payroll reports, and collaborate with the Implementation team.
The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, decision-making skills, and forward-thinking. They should have a proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, and proficiency in business software.
