Associate French Payroll Specialist

Role Overview

Manage the end-to-end payroll process for clients in France, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service.

Manage payroll activities, reconcile reports, research discrepancies, validate outputs, maintain records, and analyze information for accurate distribution of funds.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both French and English (English level: B2 minimum)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Minimum of experience in payroll processing
• Experience with complex payroll scenarios such as BIK, stock options/RSUs, non-residents, and court orders
• Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms
• Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to detail
