Payroll Specialist - France

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll operations for clients in France. The Payroll Specialist – France is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of European payrolls, with a primary focus on France.

Requirements

• Payroll Operations: Support payroll processing for France, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Compliance & Legislation: Apply payroll knowledge and working understanding of French payroll legislation, including social security contributions, income tax withholding (Prélèvement à la Source – PAS), paid leave, and statutory deductions.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal payroll, HR, finance, and EOR teams to ensure smooth payroll delivery across Europe.
• Process Support: Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
