Chief People Officer

Cloudscaler is seeking a Chief People Officer to shape the culture and people architecture of the company as it grows to 300+ employees. The successful candidate will have experience in building or reshaping people functions in a consulting firm, technology scale-up, or professional services business. Key responsibilities include designing the culture strategy, capability engine, career framework, performance model, and employee experience. Success will be measured by the implementation of clear career pathways, a consistent line management standard, and a robust approach to performance management and employee development.

Requirements

• Experience in building or reshaping people functions in a consulting firm, technology scale-up, or professional services business
• Ability to design and implement a culture strategy, capability engine, career framework, performance model, and employee experience
• Commercially fluent and able to make the case for people investment in revenue and margin terms
• Credible with technical leaders and experienced consultants
• Ability to navigate trade-offs between standardisation and flexibility, investment and utilisation, and what the business needs now and what it needs to build for
