Requirements

• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify talent without relying on ad responses
• Experience hiring for AWS or similar technical roles
• End-to-end recruitment experience across permanent and contract hiring
• Ability to understand and discuss technical role requirements
• Skilled at managing multiple requisitions in a high-growth environment
