The role involves full-cycle recruitment, partnering with Hiring Managers, sourcing, and building pipelines. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, proven experience hiring internationally, and a strong sourcing mindset.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house experience preferred)
- Proven experience hiring internationally
- Strong sourcing mindset and confidence in outbound recruitment
- Fluent English (C1+)
