Job Description
CloudTen is seeking a Community Assistant Manager to oversee the operations of an income-producing property under the direction of the Community Manager. Responsibilities include personnel management, leasing, maintenance, financial oversight, resident relations, and ensuring a positive living experience for residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, financial, marketing, and customer service skills, with experience in property management and proficiency in property management software.
