Job Description
CloudTen, a residential brand headquartered in Nevada, is seeking a Community Manager for their property in Salem, Oregon. The Community Manager will be responsible for all phases of property operations, including personnel management, leasing, maintenance, fiscal oversight, and resident relations. The ideal candidate will have prior property management experience, strong communication skills, and a professional image. They will work under the supervision of the Regional Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the community and provide excellent resident service.
Requirements
- 2 years Property management preferred
- May require reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license and automobile insurance, as travel to may be required
- Professional Appearance
- Strong Customer Service
- Professional experience with Property Marketing, Entrata, Excel, Onesite preferred
