Job Description
CloudTen, a residential brand managing multifamily properties in the West, is seeking a Driver / Assistant Activities Director for their Orchard Mesa community in Mesa, Arizona. This role reports to the Activity Director and involves driving residents to shopping trips, doctor visits, and social outings. The Assistant will also assist with event setup, decorations, leading activities, and maintaining the recreational center. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional resident service.
Requirements
- Valid Class B, Passenger Endorsement with a clean driving record and current insurance
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate
- Customer service experience
- Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints
- Ability to lift 35lbs
