Backoffice Analyst

We are a fintech unicorn building the future of payments. As a Backoffice Analyst, you will manage regulatory and compliance processes, monitor metrics, and propose new solutions. You will also conduct KYC and KYB processes, validate tax identification numbers, and perform criminal background checks.

Requirements

• SQL knowledge
• Experience automating and building using Claude Code, Droid and any other LLMs
• Data analysis with dashboards and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Grit and ownership spirit
• Strong analytical skills with logical reasoning
• Big attention to details
• Ability to keep learning new things while constantly improving what we are already good at
