Job Description
We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to act as the technical reference for regulatory reporting to the Brazilian Central Bank (BCB) and lead the regulatory accounting close process and preparation of financial statements and CADOC reports.
Requirements
- Lead the regulatory accounting close process and preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Notes
- Prepare, validate, and submit CADOC reports and other regulatory filings applicable to Payment Institutions (Segment S3)
- Manage and improve the regulatory reporting calendar
- Design and maintain internal controls and automated data quality validations
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors
- Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to document business rules, enhance ETL/ELT pipelines, and automate checks and reporting packages
- Support Treasury, Risk, FP&A, Legal, and Compliance teams with regulatory data and financial statement analysis
- Monitor regulatory changes from BCB/CMN applicable to Segment S3 and lead updates to internal processes and templates
