Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Dental Network to lead the development, optimization, and performance of Clover’s dental provider network in support of our Medicare Advantage business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in dental network development, provider contracting, or payer network management, with deep expertise in fee schedule design and reimbursement strategy.
- Successful experience building provider network strategy from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage regulations and network adequacy standards, and ability to operationalize them effectively.
- Proven track record negotiating complex provider contracts and structuring high-performing, cost-effective networks.
- Built and led high-impact contracting or network teams, setting clear strategy, processes, and performance metrics.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, partnering closely with Finance and Actuarial to drive margin and growth.
