Nurse Practitioner (Atlanta, GA)

Clover Health is seeking compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic Clover Home Care teams in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Nurse Practitioner on our Clover Care Visit (CCV) Team, you will conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments, perform post-discharge follow-up visits, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using data-driven clinical tools.

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered GA Registered Nurse license
• Certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APN)
• Master's degree or post-master's certificate in advanced clinical practice
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience in a clinical setting
• Active DEA registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in home care or house call settings (preferred)
