Job Description
HEAL Community Center's Nurse Practitioners are licensed professionals responsible for managing health problems and providing healthcare for patients. NPs must exercise the required standard of care and participate in assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans. They provide health promotion, screening, and treatment for acute and chronic health conditions, ordering tests, and monitoring patient progress.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current License, Certification, and Registration for the State of Georgia
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Min. 1-year experience as an APRN
- Excellent patient experience and organizational skills
- Effective computer skills
- Eligible for hospital privileges
