Nurse Practitioner (Middlesex/Somerset County New Jersey)

Clover Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their dynamic Clover Home Care teams in Middlesex/Somerset County New Jersey. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary and supportive care directly in the homes of vulnerable members, improving health outcomes and quality of life. Requirements

• Active and unencumbered NJ Registered Nurse license
• Certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APN)
• Master’s degree or post-master’s certificate in advanced clinical practice
• Minimum of 1 year of NP experience in a clinical setting
• Active DEA and CDS registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in home care or house call settings (preferred)
