CLS is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Business Risk & Control to join their Chief Controls Office (CCO) in London. The role involves strengthening oversight of non-financial risks, providing cross-functional oversight, and driving best practices in control standards.
Requirements
- Risk Management & Control Framework
- Conduct risk assessments and control evaluations
- Identify and deliver best practices in control standards
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business units, compliance, audit, and legal teams
- Incident & Issue Management
- Support the identification, reporting, and resolution of risk incidents and control failures
- Testing strategy and execution
- Contribute to the development of CLS’s testing strategy and methodology
- Data & Reporting
- Analyse risk trends and provide insights for proactive risk mitigation
