Nurse Practitioner- Pulmonary

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Pulmonary & Critical Care team. The NP will play an integral role in the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions as well as critically ill patients in the ICU.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.
• Current approval by the joint Board of Medical Examiners and Board of Nursing to perform medical acts.
• Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Texas.
• Master's degree preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Able to lift 100 pounds to assist fallen residents.
• Able to lift 10 pounds for routine performance of essential functions.
