CLS Health is a rapidly growing healthcare system in Houston, Texas, looking for a Physician Recruiter to expand its physician network and recruit new physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare business development, physician recruitment, or related role.
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with clients or accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
