Club Quarters is seeking a skilled Engineering Maintenance Technician to ensure seamless hotel operations. The role involves performing routine repairs and maintenance, responding to guest requests, and executing preventative maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Knowledge of safe handling of power tools
- Hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and painting/wall covering
- Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, mechanical, and guest room systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and respond promptly
- Calm and confident in emergency situations, with knowledge of fire prevention equipment and procedures
