Job Description
Invited is seeking a 1st Assistant Superintendent to oversee daily operations and administrative functions of the golf course, ensuring efficient maintenance and upholding course standards. The role involves direct oversight of a team, coordinating with departments, and managing golf course grounds. This position offers a chance to drive success within a dynamic hospitality company.
Requirements
- Oversee, plan, and monitor daily operations.
- Approve vacation and sick leave.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to recruit and hire employees.
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff.
- Assess golf course grounds and determine maintenance priorities.
- Manage inventory of supplies.
- Provide expertise on turf quality.
- Supervise a crew of at least two full-time employees.
- Address personnel matters.
