Job Description
Join a dynamic company in the hospitality and service industry as an Aquatics Supervisor. Oversee the daily operations of the aquatic facility, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for all users. Assist with hiring, supervising, and developing aquatic personnel, and provide excellent service to members and guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an aquatic facility or similar role
- A minimum of 3 years of competitive swimming or be a certified swim coach
- Current certification in CPR, first aid, and AED
- Lifeguard certified
- Strong communication and organizational skills
