Job Description
Join a dynamic company in the hospitality and service industry as an Aquatics Supervisor. Support the daily operations of the aquatic facility, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for all users. Oversee lifeguards, monitor safety protocols, and assist with day-to-day aquatic activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an aquatic facility or similar role
- A minimum of 3 years of competitive swimming or be a certified swim coach
- Current certification in CPR, first aid, and AED
- Lifeguard certified
- Strong communication and organizational skills
