Job Description
Invited is seeking a dynamic Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at events and banquets. The role focuses on upholding service standards, seamlessly applying three service steps (warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells), and ensuring a positive guest experience. It requires teamwork, professionalism, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Uphold service training standards.
- Execute F&B orders, ensuring attentiveness and responsiveness.
- Maintain knowledge of menus.
- Greet and welcome members and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
- Support event setup and breakdown.
