Job Description
Invited is seeking a dynamic Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at events and banquets. This role focuses on providing seamless, high-quality service, utilizing the 3-steps of service to create a positive experience for guests. The Banquet Server will work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure a smooth event flow and a memorable experience for attendees. This is a part-time position with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- Uphold service training standards
- Execute F&B orders
- Maintain knowledge of menus
- Greet members and guests
- Address member/guest complaints
- Prepare banquet areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Wear a clean uniform
