Job Description
Invited is seeking a Banquet Setup Person to manage the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet and event spaces. This role involves collaboration with service and Event Sales staff to ensure seamless events and high member and guest satisfaction. The position focuses on providing a warm welcome, creating memorable moments, and offering a pleasant farewell.
Requirements
- Set up tables, chairs, and table settings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms.
- Support food running and bussing responsibilities.
- Assist service and banquet staff with event execution.
- Address guest complaints and practice effective service recovery.
