Job Description
Invited is seeking a dynamic Banquet Supervisor to oversee all banquet operations, ensuring exceptional member and guest experience and smooth event execution. This role involves managing food and beverage service, room breakdown, and maintaining club standards of service. The supervisor will work closely with the team and direct customer interaction to deliver a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel.
- Implement and facilitate training programs for service standards.
- Communicate with the Event Sales Director regarding event preparations.
- Review banquet event orders (BEO's) and daily logs.
- Oversee timely food and beverage service and account for expenses.
