Job Description
Oak Tree Country Club is seeking a full-time Golf Course Superintendent to support the Director of Golf Course Maintenance. The role involves day-to-day operations, turf maintenance, employee management, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position has limited oversight to a single 18-hole operation.
Requirements
- Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in Turf Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Golf Course Maintenance.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preparing and managing budgets for the golf course and landscape maintenance departments.
- Minimum of 1 year of technical knowledge of golf course operations and equipment.
- Current State Pesticide Applicators License or successful completion within 90 days of employment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successfully complete 90-day training in OSHA, club safety, state and federal guidelines.
