Job Description
Golf Shop Attendant responsible for promoting the game of golf, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the pro-shop. Assists with inventory management, tee-time bookings, and course operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, with basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage positively with members and guests.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain the shop's presentation and inventory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
