Job Description
The Host is the first and last point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for their entire club experience. The role involves warmly greeting and seating members and guests, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and upholding the 3-steps of service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system
- Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
