Job Description
Join a dynamic company in the hospitality and service industry where people help drive the success of the business as a Host at one of our country clubs. The Host is the first and last point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for their entire club experience. Your role is to warmly greet and seat members and guests, ensuring a seamless and positive start and finish to their visit.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system
- Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
