Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Previous experience working with children in a day care, camp, or educational setting (preferred)
- Experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs (preferred)
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and engage a group of young children in fun, age-appropriate activities
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages
