Lifeguard

The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all members, guests, and staff in and around the pool area during operating hours, special events, and private functions. This role involves actively monitoring the pool, enforcing safety rules, and responding promptly to emergencies.

Requirements

• Must be ASCA or USA swimming certified.
• Certification in CPR, first aid, and AED within the last 6 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members, and guests.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• A minimum of 6 months of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels (preferred)
