Job Description
Invited is seeking a dedicated Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding customer service to members and guests at the golf club. This role involves assisting with golf operations tasks such as bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining club cleanliness. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a positive and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
- Assist golfers with loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, and answering golf-related questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn and work areas.
- Promote club events and inform members about course conditions.
- Collect and report issues to the Golf Shop and other relevant teams.
- Complete daily assignments in designated areas and maintain work standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to safety guidelines.
