Outside Services Attendant

The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club, assisting with outside services such as bag handling, cart preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas. The role involves providing golf-related services, promoting club events, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all golfers.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf
• Strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service
• High attention to detail and reliability
