Outside Services Attendant

The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club, supporting the golf operations team with outside services, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas. The role involves assisting golfers, promoting club events, and collaborating with other golf operations staff to ensure seamless service throughout the day.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service
• High attention to detail and reliability
