Job Description
The Racquet Sports Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the high standards of our racquet courts and surrounding areas. In this role, responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the racquet facilities. You will work diligently to create a welcoming and secure environment for members and guests, allowing them to fully enjoy their racquet sports experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or custodial work, preferably in a recreational or sports facility setting
- Familiarity with different types of racquet court surfaces (e.g., clay, grass, hard court) and their specific maintenance needs is a plus
- Understanding of safety protocols related to maintenance tasks and the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with members and guests while performing maintenance duties
