Requirements

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the racquet facilities
• Communicate and collaborate with the relevant supervisor to prioritize, acknowledge, document, and complete requested tasks efficiently
• Perform all cleaning activities in the racquet areas to meet the club’s cleanliness standards
• Maintain appropriate levels of racquet area amenities
• Ensure all racquet equipment is in proper working condition and complies with local health codes
• Conduct yourself professionally, adhering to the club’s values, philosophies, and standards
• Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management
• Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff
• Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same
• Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations
