Job Description
Invited is seeking a dynamic Server Banquet role to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at events and banquets. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality service, mastering service standards (warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells), and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. The Banquet Server will work collaboratively with the banquet team to maintain a positive atmosphere and contribute to club operations.
Requirements
- Uphold service training standards
- Execute F&B orders
- Maintain knowledge of menus
- Greet members and guests warmly
- Address member/guest complaints
- Prepare and set up banquet areas
- Support event setup and breakdown
