Job Description
Invited is seeking a dynamic Swim Coach to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swimmers and be certified in CPR, first aid, and AED. The Swim Coach will be responsible for supporting the development and training of the club's swimming activities, providing individual swimming lessons, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for members and guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels
- Must be ASCA or USA swimming certified
- Certification in CPR, first aid, and AED within the last 6 months
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members, and guests
