Job Description
The Swim Coach is responsible for supporting the development and training of the club’s swimming activities, providing individual swimming lessons, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for members and guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels.
- Must be ASCA or USA swimming certified.
- Certification in CPR, first aid, and AED within the last 6 months.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members, and guests.
