Job Description
Our client is a multinational reality structured and in strong expansion, with a widespread presence at an international level. They are looking for an IT Support Manager to coordinate the IT Support team and ensure effective and SLA-compliant first-level assistance service.
Requirements
- Management and coordination of the IT Support team
- Supervision of the ticketing process (triage, prioritization, KPI monitoring)
- Presidency and continuous improvement of the ITSM system
- Support for second-level activities in collaboration with the IT Systems team
- Assurance of the correct functioning of IT services and infrastructure
- Production of reporting and performance analysis
