Job Description
Our client is an innovative reality in strong growth, revolutionizing the legal sector through AI. We are looking for a Tech-Lead to lead the end-to-end development of a product, defining and executing the technical product line, guiding milestones, scoping and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product development and release in contexts with strong growth, with ownership on systems in production.
- Solid full-stack experience with React + Python stack and track record in delivering end-to-end user-facing products.
- Hands-on technical leadership: ability to write code, unlock teams and lead by example.
- Experience in guiding teams to high performance: defining direction, raising standards, coaching and execution culture.
- Proven ability to guide technical execution: scoping, prioritization, trade-offs and reliable delivery in dynamic environments.
- Strong product sense and customer-first mindset, with attitude to collaborate with PM and Design.
- Good software engineering foundations: architecture, testing, performance, reliability and operational excellence.
- Effective leadership and communication, combined with humility and collaborative spirit.
- Attitude to work in dynamic entrepreneurial environments and high pace.
- Excellent English knowledge.
