Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and driven Management Accountant to join our small but high-performing finance team.
Requirements
- Finalist or newly qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA (or equivalent)
- Experience within an intercompany structure or multi-entity environment, able to understand complex consolidations and complete relevant reconciliations
- Experience in business partnering with service line leads, able to support, challenge and guide them to make smart decisions
- Excel and PowerPoint to a minimum of intermediate/advanced level to handle large quantity of data
- Ability to analyse financial data and present findings clearly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with finance and non-finance individuals
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to self-manage and prioritise multiple deadlines
- High level of reliability, ownership, and initiative
