Job Description
This Paralegal role is vital to the in-house legal team at IDP, providing essential support for contracts, litigation, and legal coordination. The position involves researching complex legal topics, managing documents, and providing administrative support to project managers, operations teams, and legal partners. This role is a key area in the parent company's legal strategy.
Requirements
- Assist in the review and finalization of construction-specific agreements.
- Develop and maintain standardized contract templates.
- Provide comprehensive support for litigation and arbitration.
- Conduct legal research on construction law and other relevant topics.
- Manage legal invoices and maintain corporate records.
- Develop and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Work closely with project managers, operations teams, finance, and other internal departments.
