Requirements
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the South African enterprise market
- Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell within your existing customer base
- Deliver engaging product demos (online and in-person) to showcase the value of our Engagement Platform
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Represent CM.com at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your reach and identify new prospects
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage your sales activities, track progress, and provide insights to management
