Job Description
Coordinate the activities of the marine export department to ensure a courteous and efficient customer experience while maintaining a competitive cost structure for both CEVA Logistics and our clients.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant post-secondary education or experience
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver
- Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations
- Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required
