Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Supervisor with capacity needs and personnel planning. The role involves dividing work, maintaining oversight, and monitoring the team to ensure quality services and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a logistics environment
- Fluent command of English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of warehouse processes and automated information systems
- Demonstrable experience with Lean methodology
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a can-do attitude
