CEVA Logistics seeks a Billing Manager to lead and manage the billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in billing, finance, or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve billing processes, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor and train billing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all billing activities comply with contract terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor billing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile billing with accounts receivable and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting related to billing operations.
- Work closely with Customer Success team to resolve billing disputes and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their billing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate billing errors and fraud.
- Conduct regular audits of billing processes and systems, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to enhance billing processes, systems, and technologies.
