CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Process Excellence Engineer to lead improvement initiatives, conduct diagnostic reviews, and drive the deployment of best practices across the network. The role requires a results-driven Continuous Improvement professional with LEAN qualifications and experience delivering CI initiatives in operational or logistics environments.
Requirements
- Results-driven Continuous Improvement professional with recognised LEAN qualifications, ideally Green Belt level
- Proven experience delivering CI initiatives within operational or logistics environments
- Confidently leading Kaizen events and embedding structured improvement methodologies
- Analytical, data-driven and comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of LEAN tools such as root cause analysis, value stream mapping, 5S and standard work
- Experience working within formal CI governance frameworks
- Strong communication skills, performance reporting capability and the ability to drive sustainable cultural change across sites
